Feature Maturity

This page describes the maturity of Artifact Hub Shim capabilities. All capabilities listed below are generally available.

Maturity Levels

AlphaEarly development; behavior or APIs may change without notice. Not recommended for production workloads.
BetaFunctional and reasonably stable; minor changes may occur with advance notice. Suitable for non-critical workloads.
GAStable and production-ready; APIs and behavior follow the documented compatibility policy.

GA describes product readiness, not long-term version maintenance. Artifact Hub Shim uses a latest-version-only maintenance model; see Lifecycle Policy.
